Taylor Guitars continue the tradition of Spring and Fall limited edition series with this years sublime Cocobolo, Koa, Rosewood 400 and Nylon series. Cocobolo series of this year`s Fall Limiteds consists of two models, Taylor Cocobolo GA-LTD and Taylor Cocobolo GS-LTD. Cocobolo is a rare and expensive tone wood used in small quantities and only for top notch models in guitar manufacturer`s catalog. These cocobolo models bring out the best performance both in tone and aesthetics. Equipped with Taylor`s own Expression microphone preamp system, these guitars are sure to captivate at first tone played or heard.
Taylor Cocobolo GA-LTD has grand auditorium shape and Taylor Cocobolo GS-LTD has GS shape. These models come with solid sitka spruce top and cocobolo back and sides combined with a dovetail joint. Bridge on these beauties is made of ebony and offers both stability as well as great looks. Controls section for the Taylor Expression preamp system consists of a master volume and bass and treble knobs. Dovetail joined mahogany neck has very comfortable shape and offers food grip with minimum strain for hours and hours of continuous playing. Ebony fingerboard has 20 frets with split diamond inlays. Koa series for Fall 2011 Limited series has four models. Two models have 14th fret joint: Taylor Koa GA-LTD with grand auditorium shape and Taylor Koa GS LTD with GS shape. And two models have 12th fret joint: Taylor 12 Fret Koa GA-LTD and Taylor 12 Fret Koa GS-LTD. Koa, the pride of the Hawaii archipelago is scarce tone wood in guitar industry. Being also a high quality wood it is one of the most desired woods for custom shop models and limited editions such as this one.

It consists of four models: Taylor 410ce-LTD, Taylor 412ce-LTD, Taylor 414ce-LTD and Taylor 416ce-LTD. Fourth series of Fall 2011 Limited Editions is a nylon string series which consists of two models: Taylor NS24ce-LTD with a cutaway and Taylor NS24e-LTD without a cutaway. The only series in this limited edition to feature cedar top and indian rosewood laminate body combination. Fantastic cedar and beautiful mahogany are one of those matches made in heaven.
Taylor NS24ce-LTD and Taylor NS24e-LTD have cedar tops and laminated rosewood backs and sides combined with mahogany necks. Bridge option features ebony bridges like the other instruments of the Fall 2011 Limited edition.
