FYM500V is a model from the Yairi series of acoustic and acoustic-electric guitars. It comes with a fully acoustic body featuring non-cutaway design. Rosewood, spruce, maple, mahogany and ebony are tone woods used for this guitar. Rosewood is used for back and side panels of the body. They follow the color scheme and are only finished in lacquer over their natural color. Same thing goes for the spruce sound board. It is also equipped with maple binding, tortoise shell pickguard and double circle rosette. There are no electronics installed on this model, for Alvarez and Mr Yairi viewed this one played only in unplugged variant. Bridge is made of ebony and it sports a regular mustache shape. Mahogany neck on this one is topped with a 20-fret ebony fingerboard.
