Applause is Ovation`s sub-brand, in charge of the super-affordable and beginner acosutic/acoustic-electric models. The current Applause catalog is made up of two main series -Elite and Standar/Balladeer - which both have their Plus and regular sections. Applause Elite Mid Depth AE44II-RR is one of six Applause Elite models. It comes with a single-cut Lyrachord body, 25-1/4" scale, in-house electronics, and stock hardware. Ruby Red (with gloss top finish, gloss neck finish, ABS body & neck binding, chrome-plated hardware) is the name of the only available option for AE44II-RR. Other notable features include a mid-depth bowl, spruce soundboard, nato neck (14th fret dovetail joint, 3+3 headstock), 22-fret ovangkol fingerboard, ovangkol bridge, Ovation CE304T preamp, and die-cast tuners.
