ECR1-B12 is one of two twelve-string models made by Boulder Creek Guitars. This model sports the modern dreadnought contour with single-cut design and dovetail neck joint construction. Full-sized dread body has substantial depth and features suspended bracing under the hood. Besides this revolutionary feature, ECR1-B12 also has a modern approach to tone projection. Sound hole is placed on the side of the body, facing the player, instead of the audience. Completely solid spruce sound board is supported by solid mahogany back and laminated mahogany sides. Side panel is also equipped with AB4-T preamp with tone controls and chromatic tuner. Fingerboard on this twelve-stringer features 20 frets with dot inlays and 1-7/8" wide string nut. Twelve tuners on the headstock are arranged in 6+6 pattern.
