GA5F is one of three models in the initial lineup of the newly formed Grand Regal series. Cort has introduced this series at 2016 NAMM as yet another interesting and affordable alternative to the omnipresent dreadnought. Grand Regal models are grand auditorium guitars with Fishman electronics, high quality tonewoods and modern/vintage combination of visual features.
GA5F, the basic model of the new series, comes in with a single-cut body made of mahogany back and sides and spruce sound board. The neck is made of mahogany and features a modern, comfortable back contour. On top, it is equipped with a 20-fret rosewood fingerboard (dot inlays, Grand Regal inlay at 12th fret, bone nut, 25-3/10" scale). Fishman`s Presys preamp/pickup system fills the electronics section. Rosewood bridge and die-cast tuners complete the specs list.
