Espana series is a small line of affordable classical guitars. It offers a modern take on the centuries old concept of a nylon-stringed guitar. Current lineup consists of three models and Espana Solid Top Cutaway A/E - Mahogany is one of two acoustic-electric variants. It comes with a single-cut body made of mahogany and cedar. Laminated mahogany is used for the back and the sides, while the solid cedar occupies the top. Celluloid binding and the classic mosaic rosette decorate the top of this modest nylon-string. Thanks to the mahogany/cedar combo, this Espana gives a warm, spacious, but well defined tone. Shoulder-mounted preamp grants a high level of fidelity of the amplified tone. Mahogany neck comes with the standard C profile in the back and a 19-fret fingerboard made of rosewood on the top.
