Performer/Artist series in Dean catalog is dedicated to the modern acoustic-electric guitars with grand auditorium shaped bodies and high quality electronics. Performer E is a model from this series and it comes with a grand auditorium body with single cutaway design. Natural color is the only color option and this model`s body is finished in gloss. Back and side panels are made of mahogany, while the top is made of spruce. Black binding and abalone rosette decorate the top. Standard triangular bridge is made of rosewood. In the electronics section Dean installs a combo of Dean DMT I2NR preamp and an under-saddle pickup. Neck is made of mahogany and it sports a C contour. Fingerboard is made of rosewood and it comes with a set of 21 frets with dot position inlays.
