Round Shoulder Acoustic-Electric Guitars by Epiphone
The Texan guitar has a rich and long history, being the most popular steel-stringer sold under Epiphone banner. It made its debut back in 1958 and quickly rose to the prominence. One of the most interesting facts is that Paul McCartney wrote and recorded "Yesterday" on a 1964 Texan guitar. The new Inspired by 1964 Texan LH model offers the classic `64 appointments combined with the modern Epiphone approach. There`s only one color scheme available - Antique Natural (w/gloss finish, multi-ply binding, nickel hardware, tortoiseshell pickguard). Notable construction features include a non-cutaway AJ body (solid mahogany back, laminated mahogany sides, solid spruce top), mahogany neck (dovetail joint, slim taper profile), a 20-fret fingerboard (parallelogram inlays, 14" radius, 25.5" scale), fixed bridge, and vintage-style 14:1 tuners.
