J-45 Vintage is a fully acoustic model from the Round Shoulder series by Gibson. It comes with a slope shoulder dreadnought shaped body with non-cutaway design. It`s back and side panels are made of spruce, while the top is also made of spruce. Guitars made entirely of spruce are quite rare, as spruce is usually applied to add some more liveliness to already formed tonal range of back and sides. Top is bound in creme and equipped with a tortoise shell pickguard. In the bridge section Gibson installs a belly-shaped bridge made of spruce. Gibson installs no electronics on this vintage-styled guitar. Neck is made of maple and it comes with a traditional dovetail joint set at the 14th fret. Rosewood fingerboard is equipped with 20 frets and dot position inlays.
