Multiac Duet Ambiance is one of many incarnations of Godin`s iconic Multiac. It comes with a well known body shape with single cutaway design. By it`s construction, this guitar is, as is every Multiac, semi-hollow electric guitar and at the same time amplified acoustic guitar. It`s back and sides are made of mahogany, while the top is made of spruce. Top is finished in gloss and due to the construction features no rosette or sound hole. Instead, preamp control sliders are installed on the top. Also, there is no pickguard. Besides the preamp, this Multiac features an under-saddle piezo pickup. The neck is made of mahogany and it is topped with ebony fingerboard. 22 frets, offset dot position inlays and 1.875" wide nut complete the specs list.
