ASC-SA Slim is a model from Godin`s Multiac series and it comes with a familiar Multiac shaped body with single cutaway design. Some of the most prominent features on this model are the lack of a sound hole, thinline construction, top panel-mounted preamp controls and advanced electronics in the shape of 13-pin connector for Roland GR and Axon series guitar synth controllers. Multiac models have always danced between the acoustic-electric and semi-hollow bodied electric guitars. This time, ASC-SA Slim comes with maple back and sides and cedar top. It`s bridge is made of rosewood and it features a standard Godin shape. Neck is made of mahogany and it is topped with a rosewood fingerboard. 22 frets, offset dot inlays, 16" radius and 1.715" wide string nut complete the fingerboard specs.
