PBGRS is a model from the Goldtone`s catalog and it is a steel resonator guitar with standard-shaped body. In it`s 20 years in business Goldtone have focused all their efforts on producing the folk instruments range of instruments. Along with banjo and mandolin lines, there is also a vast range of resonator guitars, both wooden and steel. PBGRS is a steel one and it`s top panel is equipped with compulsory resonator cone and a pair of "f" holes. Bridge section, which consists of a bridge and trapezoid tailpiece is mounted onto the cone. There are no electronics installed on this model as Goldtone`s preference is to build fully acoustic instruments. Neck is made of mahogany and it is topped with a 19-fret ebony fingerboard.
