ES33C is a model from the Jasmine`s series named Guitars with Hardshell Cases. This feature is a marketing move by Jasmine`s parent company, Takamine, to improve the sales stats for the Jasmine guitars and to make them more appealing to the players. the level of these models is a very basic entry level for acoustic guitars and their primary target are beginners. ES33C comes with a single-cut dreadnought body made of lacewood and spruce. Lacewood is used for back and sides, while the spruce sits on top. Sound board is equipped with a classic set of decorations: black binding, black plastic pickguard and double circle rosette. Electronics include under-saddle piezo pickup and side-mounted preamp. Both the bridge and 20-fret fingerboard are made of rosewood. Hardware is plated in chrome.
