LD1 Little Brat is a very interesting instrument due to it`s unusual combination of body shape and scale length. It is quite unusual to see dreadnought-shaped steel-stringer paired with anything less than 25-1/2" of scale, but Laguna did it. Their LD1 Little Brat is equipped with a 23-1/2" scale, which makes this dreadnought more friendly towards the players of shorter stature. It`s non-cutaway body is made of sapele back and sides, while the top is made of spruce. Natural binding, glossy finish and elegant double circle rosette decorate the top. Modern shaped bridge on this model is made of rosewood. Mahogany-made neck is equipped with a dovetail joint and topped with a rosewood fingerboard. It features 20 frets with white dot position inlays. Nickel hardware ends the list of features.
