EBG808C-MICFIX is a signature model made by Maton for Michael Fix. It is based on regular EBG808 model and it`s equipped with some extra features. One of them is the Venetian cutaway construction. Body of this model is made of Queensland maple back and sides and spruce sound board on top. This body is paired with selected Queensland maple neck. Neck is made with standard contour and dovetail joint set at 14th fret. On top of the neck, there`s an ebony fingerboard with 21 frets marked with snowflake inlays. Headstock on this neck sports a set of six chrome-plated Grover tuners in three-a-side arrangement. Bridge section on EBG808-MICFIX is equipped with a regular belly-contoured bridge made of ebony. Electronics section features APMIC pickup system.
