Mini Maton EMS is one of two regular Mini Maton models currently available from this Australian manufacturer. EMS features blackwood back and side panels of the body in combination with spruce top. Sound board is bound in black binding and equipped with a black teardrop-shaped pickguard. Sound hole sports an elegant natural rosette. This model is available in natural color with satin finish. Bridge section on this Mini Maton is equipped with a regular shaped bridge made of rosewood. Electronics are also a point where the specs lists of EMS and EML differ. EMS has AP5 pickup with preamp, while EML has AP4 pickup. Neck on this model is made of Queensland maple and it is topped with a 21-fret fingerboard made of rosewood. Chrome-plated Grover tuners complete the story.
