Parkwood started out as the acoustic segment of the Cort Guitars catalog and has, over the years, become a brand with it`s own series and models. Parkwood is advertised as Cort`s exclusive acoustics sub-brand and though the guitars deliver an exclusive level of quality, they cost a lot less than their opponents made by other brands. PW540 is one of the brightest examples, rocking the all-solid construction, super elegant design and marvelous tone. It comes with a non-cutaway jumbo body made of rosewood back and sides and spruce sound board. On the ivory-bound top, Parkwood installs a solid, belly-contoured rosewood bridge. Mahogany-made neck on this model is fit with a series standard profile and a regular 20-fret fingerboard made of rosewood.
