RG-32 is, along with the RG-31, the only representative of the Recording King`s Lapsteel Guitars series. These two are pretty much the same, featuring the same non-cutaway body shape, design, construction and hardware. RG-32 comes in the vivid Vintage Sunburst color in glossy finish, while the 31 is in natural mahogany colors. Apart from that, these two don`t differ that much. But, Recording King sells them as two separate models. RG-32 comes with a solid body made of mahogany wings and mahogany neck in the middle. Fixed bridge on the top is fronted with a lone P-90 single-coil. Controls unit includes both the volume and tone knobs. Mahogany neck has the thick square contour in the back and a 26-fret maple fingerboard on top.
