Dreadnoughts, folk and mini-jumbo models are featured in the Maritime SWS series made by Seagull Guitars. Seagull is Godin`s sub-brand and it only produces acoustic and acoustic-electric guitars. This dreadnought comes with non-cutaway body and it is fully acoustic, too. Body is made of solid mahogany back and sides with solid spruce sound board. Top is equipped with multi-ply binding and tortoise shell pickguard. Back of the body features dark stain color finished in high gloss. Top is also finished in gloss. Neck on this model is made of a single piece of mahogany and it features slim contour in the back. It is topped with a 21-fret fingerboard made of rosewood. SWS badge in the series name stands for Solid Wood Series.
