SW203 CETU is a very affordable acoustic-electric guitar with a bucket load of tonal options and possibilities. High build quality, great electronics and surprisingly good playability are the strong suits of this dread. Entire body is made of laminated basswood, which gives a whole new dimension of tonal adjustability (meaning this steel-stringer can take on any and every style and genre with more ease than a majority of other low-priced steel-stringers). Also, basswood is a lot lighter than mahogany, or rosewood, which can really cheer up the guys who spend most of their time playing standing up. Neck is made of nato, which is a standard feature of this price range of Stagg catalog. It has a standard profile in the back and a 20-fret rosewood fingerboard in the front. Tuners on the simple and elegant headstock are plated in chrome and have the standard 14:1 gear ratio.
