Thermal series is a part of the exclusive Takamine Pro Series range. It delivers fancy and expensive guitars with heat-treated tops and premium Takamine electronics. EF360S-TT is anon-cutaway dreadnought guitar made of rosewood back and sides and solid spruce sound board. The top is "thermally processed" to achieve the dryness of a 40-50 year old piece of wood. This process allows Takamine to deliver brand new "old" guitars with 40-50 year "old" wood, grain and tone. Neck on this model is made of mahogany and it`s topped with a 20-fret fingerboard made of ebony. Electronics department is equipped with the famous Palathetic pickup and TLD-2 Tube Line Driver preamp which is plugged in through the strap button at the bottom of the body. Other premium features include an ebony bridge and deluxe tuners.
