EF740FS TT sports an orchestra body (shape closely related to concert and classical shapes), glued-in neck (attached at the 12th fret), gold-plated hardware, and extremely discreet pickup/preamp unit. Gloss Natural (w/gold hardware, abalone binding, abalone rosette, abalone inlays) is the only available color option. Main tonewood appointments include solid sapele back & sides, solid Thermal spruce top (aged top), mahogany neck (wide construction), and ebony fingerboard (1.875" nut, abalone dot inlays). Electronics unit`s made up of a Palathetic pickup and non-invasive TLD-2 preamp.
