G10 is the basic series in the G segment. It is, along with 15 and 20, the beginner class of Takamine catalog.
GD10CE is the most affordable acoustic-electric guitar with Takamine badge. It comes with a single-cut dreadnought body made of laminated mahogany (back and sides) and laminated spruce (sound board). Simple and conservative styling fits this affordable six-string perfectly. Natural Gloss is the only color option available, featuring double rosette, black pickguard and multi-ply binding. Slim mahogany neck features a 21-fret rosewood fingerboard on the top. Spruce, mahogany and rosewood bring a warm, well balanced tone with more than good projection and sustain.
Electronics section is equipped with a stock piezo pickup located under the saddle and a super popular TP-4T preamp with three-band EQ and chromatic tuner. String-through rosewood bridge and die-cast tuners are also featured on GD10CE.
