214 Left Handed is a model situated within the 200 series of acoustic and acoustic-electric guitars made by Taylor. Models from this series are, along with 100 series models, entry level acoustic and acoustic-electric Taylors. 214 is the basic grand auditorium of the series made for left handed players, it is in every respect identical to the right handed 214. 214 Left Handed is a non-cutaway grand auditorium with no electronics installed. This one is a fully acoustic steel-stringer. Body is made of rosewood back and side panels with spruce sound board on top. Bridge section features a regular shaped bridge made of ebony. Mahogany is the material of choice for the neck and it is topped with an ebony fingerboard. 20 frets, dot position inlays, 15" radius and 1-11/16" TUSQ nut complete the fingerboard.
