Number 14 stands fro the grand auditorium shaped models in Taylor`s standard part of acoustic catalog. Grand auditorium is a medium-sized acoustic body-shape and Taylor matches it with full 25-1/2 inch scales. Jumbo and dreadnought qualify as the biggest ones and parlor, on the other side is the smallest of the standard body shapes. 514ce is a grand auditorium with single cutaway and Taylor electronics under the hood. Natural and Honey Burst are color options assigned to this model. Both are finished in gloss. Mahogany back and sides are matched with a spruce sound board on the top. Bridge is made of ebony and it features a plastic saddle. Mahogany neck features dovetail joint, standard back contour and 20-fret ebony fingerboard. Chrome plated Taylor tuners wrap the specs list.
