514ce-LTD (Fall 2010 Limited Koa 500 Series) is a grand auditorium model with single cutaway construction and Taylor`s Expression System electronics. This combo includes a pickup with preamp and both are developed by Taylor. It was modified and improved over the years. Preamp does not have a regular control panel, instead Expression System only features control knobs on the side. Body of this model made of koa back and sides with spruce top. This steel-stringer features gold-plated tuners made by Taylor. Top panel is bound in Indian rosewood and equipped with natural rosette. Bridge is made of ebony. Neck on this steel-stringer is made of tropical mahogany and it is topped with ebony fingerboard. It features 20 frets, pipeline inlays, 15" radius and 1.75" wide TUSQ nut.
