855ce is a model from the 12 String series of acoustic-electric guitars made by Taylor. This particular model is based upon the 800 series models and shares it`s basic set of features with models from the 800 series. 855ce is a jumbo-shaped acoustic-electric guitar made with single cutaway Natural color is the only color option available and it is finished in gloss. Body of this jumbo is made of rosewood back and sides with spruce-made sound board on the top. Bridge is made of ebony and it features a regular Taylor contour with twelve string pins. Electronics department on 855ce includes Expression System by Taylor. Mahogany is used for the neck, which is attached to the body with a dovetail joint set at the standard 14th fret. Fingerboard is made of ebony and it features 20 frets with dot inlays.
