Walnut Series is a part of the Spring 2011 Limiteds Edition. It is a tradition at Taylor Guitars release a limited edition every spring and summer. 2011 Spring edition was abundant with Walnut models, for two series were dedicated to this particular tonewood. W12ce-LTD is a grand concert model with single cutaway design. Natural color is finished in gloss and complemented with gold hardware and abalone binding. Back and sides of the body are made of walnut, while the top is made of spruce. Bridge on this model is made of ebony and it features a standard contour. Electronics section is equipped with Taylor Expression System. Neck on this model is made of mahogany and it is topped with an ebony fingerboard. 20 frets, custom inlays and 1.75" wide bone nut complete the fingerboard.
