Loar Guitars` catalog is based around vintage models which aim to recreate the looks and the tone of 1920s and 1930s guitars. The Small Body Series offers models with standard scale lengths, but with slightly smaller bodies than usual. The LH-250 is a non-cutaway model with a body made of solid spruce top and mahogany back and sides. LH-250 is available in vintage sunburst with polyurethane gloss finish and ivoroid binding around the top. The bridge on this model is made of rosewood with white pins. V shaped neck is made of mahogany and features a dovetail joint at the 14th fret. Rosewood fingerboard is equipped with 19 frets, white dot position inlays, 1.6875" wide bone nut and 16" radius. Loar LH-250 costs around $400.
