Loar is a brand of exclusive vintage-styled guitars, which pay tribute to the golden age of acoustic guitars. LH-650 is a model from the Archtop Guitars series and it comes with a familiar L5S contour, with slightly shallower construction. It is a single cutaway guitar made of maple back and side panels with spruce sound board on top. Tone woods used on Loar`s guitars and mandolins are hand selected pieces. This body is equipped with white binding around the top and back panels, elevated tortoise shell pickguard with control section installed on it and a pair of "f" holes. Bridge section features a height adjustable ebony bridge in combination with a trapezoid tailpiece. Mahogany-made neck sports the V contour in the back and it`s topped with a 19-fret fingerboard made of rosewood.
