Washburn B6 Banjo is what happens when a standard steel-stringed acoustic guitar is properly mixed with a standard banjo concept. This super-affordable banjo/guitar is primarily there for guitar players who want a taste of the banjo but are not ready to fully switch to a new instrument. B6 Comes in at $299 and brings an open-back body, 25-1/2" scale (the same as the standard steel-stringer scale), minimalist styling, and stock hardware. There are no electronics installed or offered as options. The color palette is limited to Natural option, with gloss finish and chrome hardware. Core construction features include a mahogany body ring, Remo head, mahogany neck, and 20-fret rosewood fingerboard. B6 also features a movable maple bridge (w/ebony tip) and die-cast tuners.
