18 Series from Atkin Guitars offers three models, 0, OM and Dreadnought. These are exclusive and luxurious guitars made in England, in Atkin`s facilities. With price tags set around $3,500, quality and exclusivity are guaranteed. 18 Series 0 opens up the line and it is the smallest model in it. Fully acoustic construction and all-solid wood approach result in a top notch guitar with a body made of mahogany back and sides with spruce sound board on top. This combination is one of the best for strumming and rhythm, though it performs surprisingly well for leads and solos. Underneath the sound board Atkin installs prewar scalloped bracing. Neck on this model is made of mahogany and it is topped with a regular 20-fret fingerboard made of ebony.
