Arc series is the most technically advanced one among the six series which comprise Avalon Guitars` current catalog. The main focus of Arc models is implementation of advanced design and construction features, such as modern cutaways and bevels. Arc 2-350CMB is a single-cut, flat-top guitar with glued-in neck, 20-fret fingerboard and modern styling. Jumbo, auditorium and dreadnought body shapes are available, and all of them feature the same tonewoods, cutaways & bevels, hardware and decorations. Australian blackwood (back, sides) and spruce (soundboard) make up the body, while the neck is made of mahogany (series` standard neck material). The fingerboard`s made of ebony, as is the bridge. 2-350CMB`s basic price is $7,450, with waiting period of 6-8 weeks (every Avalon guitar is hand-built in Northern Ireland).
