Arc 2-320NB is one of six models in the current Arc series` roster, and the only one with nylon strings. Also, it is the only one with a regular Venetian cutaway, instead of a modern Avalon Arc cutaway. However, it does feature armrest and back bevels, just like its steel-stringed brethren. Arc 2-320NB kicks off with a single-cut, flat-top body made of east Indian rosewood (back and sides) and spruce (soundboard). Binding and rosette are made of sycamore. The neck is made of mahogany (another shared Arc series feature) and is topped with a 20-fret ebony fingerboard. The basic price for 320NB is $7,350 and the waiting period is 8-10 weeks (all Avalon guitars, including 320NB, are hand-made in Newtownards, Northern Ireland).
