Ard Ri series is Avalon`s biggest series, offering a total of twelve models. All of them feature a wide range of customization options, including body shapes, cutaways, electronics and many, many more. Ard Ris are also pretty expensive, with all basic model prices northwards of $5,000 mark. 2-330 is one of nine Ard Ri models with spruce top (other three come with cedar tops). Besides the standard spruce, Engelmann and European spruce options are offered. Walnut is used for back and sides, while the neck is made of mahogany. Ebony fingerboard tops the neck and it can be customized with a number of inlay options. Although a fully acoustic guitar by default, 2-330 can optionally be quipped with six different pickup sets. Other major features include a fixed rosewood bridge, Avalon`s own AXE bracing and gold-plated tuning machines.
