Ard Ri series is one of the brightest examples of Avalon Guitars` utmost dedication to impeccable craftsmanship and tone quality. It is a series, currently made up of twelve models, of highly customizable, exclusively hand-made steel-stringed acoustic guitars. Al models feature starting prices above the $5,000 mark. Ard Ri 2-340 kicks off with a quilt maple/spruce body and a maple neck. Quilt maple is used for back and sides of the body and is one of few unchangeable features. Spruce top, however, features Engelmann and European spruce upgrades. The mahogany neck comes in several shapes and sports a 20-fret ebony fingerboard on top. A wide selection of LR Baggs, K&K and Fishman amplification options is also included. Fixed rosewood bridge, Avalon AXE bracing and gold-plated tuners complete 2-340.
