American Series models occupy a very special place in Breedlove catalog. These guitars cost more than $2,000 and they deliver awesome tone and top notch draftsmanship. American Series C25/SMe is a single cutaway guitar with a body made of mahogany back and sides and spruce sound board on top. All tonewoods on American models are solid and this model is no exception. Top panel is embellished with multi-ply binding and single circle rosette. The only color option for this model is natural and Breedlove applies glossy finish over it. Bridge section on C25/SMe is equipped with a rosewood-made bridge with modern contour. Standard mahogany neck is made of a single piece of wood and it`s covered with a 20-fret rosewood fingerboard. Chrome plated Gotoh tuners complete the specs list.
