American Series models are among the most luxurious and best crafted instruments in Breedlove catalog. They are entirely designed and made in USA, in Breedlove`s facilities in Bend, Oregon. D20/SM is a dreadnought shaped guitar with non-cutaway design. This full-sized dread comes with body made of mahogany back and sides and spruce sound board on top. This is the most popular combo of tone woods and American series comes with all solid wood construction. Top panel is decorated richly, but with measure and style. Multi-ply binding, tortoise shell pickguard and single circle rosette are applied on and around the top. Bridge is made of rosewood and it comes with a modern contour characteristic for Breedlove. One-piece mahogany neck is topped with a 20-fret fingerboard made of rosewood.
