American Series is one of the more expensive and luxurious in Breedlove catalog. It ranks just below the Focus and Voice series. All solid wood and high quality craftsmanship set this series among the market leaders in their price class. Made entirely in the USA, these guitars offer long lasting quality and tremendous tone. Tenor OM/SRe Herringbone is an orchestra sized guitar with non-cutaway design. The body of this model is made of rosewood back and sides with spruce sound board on top. Along with mahogany and maple, rosewood is one of the most prominent body tone woods fro steel-stringers. Bridge section on this American Series model is a modern one and it`s made of ebony. Fingerboard is also ebony-made and it features 20 frets with dot inlays. Breedlove installs chrome plated Gotoh tuners.
