DBZ Guitars are a young, but still very experienced brand, as they were founded in 2008 by Dean Zelinsky, after his departure from Dean Guitars. Therefore, despite the few short years in existence, DBZ Guitars are already looking serious, ambitious and experienced. Tuscan is one of their two lines of acoustic guitars and this one is concentrated around the grand auditorium guitars. Tuscan SQM is one of five models from the series and it comes with single cutaway construction. Body is made of quilted maple and paired with mahogany neck. Top panel is bound in several layers of binding and equipped with elegant rosette. electronics department is sports B-Band preamp and pickup. Mahogany neck is set and equipped with a standard contour. Both the 20-fret fingerboard and bridge are made of rosewood.
