Classic Design Acoustic Guitars by Fender
Fender`s Classic Design series offers budget-friendly acoustic and acoustic-electric guitars. Currently, it features two tiers, 60 and 140 (60 is the opening tier, 140 is the top tier). Both are filled with dreadnought, concert and parlor models with, or without electronics.
CD-140SCE All Mahogany, as its name suggests, is a single-cut dreadnought guitar with all-mahogany construction and pickup/preamp system. Since it is an all-mahogany model, it only features one color option - Natural (w/gloss finish, chrome hardware). Core construction features include laminated back & sides, solid top (two-piece construction, tortoise shell pickguard), mahogany neck ("Easy-to-Play" contour), and rosewood fingerboard (vintage frets, dot inlays, 1.69" nut, 12" radius).
Other important features include a rosewood bridge, die-cast tuners, scalloped X bracing, and Fishman Presys pickup/preamp system.
