CD-140SCE 12-String is a super affordable twelve-stringer which hails from Fender`s mega popular Classic Design series. It belongs to the current top tier, 140 and brings all of its goods to the table, plus the second course of strings. CD-140SCE 12-String kicks off with a cutaway dreadnought body, glued-in neck (dovetail joint at the 14th fret), vintage styling, Fender hardware, and Fishman electronics. Natural (w/gloss finish, chrome hardware) is the only available color option. Key construction features include laminated rosewood back & sides, solid spruce soundboard (multi-ply binding, tortoise shell pickguard), mahogany neck ("Easy-to-Play" profile), and rosewood fingerboard (vintage frets, 1.77" nut, 12" radius, 25.3" scale). Other important appointments include Fishman Presys pickup/preamp system, solid rosewood bridge, and die-cast tuners.
