GAD series, among the numerous steel-stringers, offers a selection of carefully chosen classical guitars with nylon-string construction. GAD-5N is one of those models and it comes with single cut design of the body. Padauk and cedar are combined for GAD-5N`s body and they form a solid tonal profile. This body is then paired with a standard one piece mahogany neck, which strengthens the low end of the register. Construction-wise, this model features many of the industry`s standards for classical guitars: scale is precisely 25-1/2" long, bridge is made of rosewood and it sports the classical contour, neck is attached at the 12th fret to the body, and many more. Fingerboard on this model sports 19 frets, 1.75" bone saddle and flat radius.
