GAD-C1 is a classical acoustic guitar made by Guild Guitars. It comes with a standard non-cutaway classic body, which is made of mahogany and cedar. Mahoagny is used for back and sides panels, while the spruce is used for the sound board on top. Top panel has received a standard classical treatment. Features on it include black binding and classical rosette. Traditionally, there is no pickguard installed on the sound board of a classical guitar, and GAD-C1 is no exception. Bridge section on this model is a standard one and it features a standard classical bridge made of rosewood. Neck is made of a single piece of mahogany and it is attached to the body with a 12th fret dovetail joint. Rosewood fingerboard features a regular set of 19 frets.
