Westerly Collection 120 Series Acoustic Guitars by Guild
Westerly Collection is one of two main segments of Guild`s acoustic range (the other being the small and luxurious USA series). Its name was inspired by the name of the town in which Guild opened a factory in 1966 (the brand itself was founded in the mid-50s).
Westerly D-120CE is an upper middle-class dreadnought; it offers a single-cut body (Venetian cutaway), glued-in neck (attached at the 14th fret), Fishman electronics, and Guild hardware. Available color options include Natural and Cherry Red. Core construction features include an all-mahogany body (ABS binding, tortoise shell pickguard, triple rosette), mahogany neck (C profile), and 20-fret rosewood fingerboard (dot inlays, 1.75" bone nut).
D-120CE also has a rosewood bridge, Guild tuning machines, and Fishman Sonitone/Sonicore preamp/pickup unit.
