Westerly D-1212 is 120 series` only twelve-string model, available in both fully acoustic and acoustic-electric variants. It was based on the series` basic dreadnought model, the popular D-120/D-120E. Fully acoustic option sells for $950, while the amplified one goes for $1,075.
Westerly D-1212 rocks a non-cutaway dreadnought body, glued-in neck (attached at the 14th fret), Guild hardware, and Fishman electronics. The color palette is limited to the Natural option, with gloss finish, chrome hardware, and ABS binding. Main construction features include a mahogany body (laminated back & sides, solid top), mahogany neck (C profile), and 20-fret rosewood fingerboard (dot inlays, 1.75" bone nut, 25-1/2" scale).
Other notable features include a rosewood bridge, Guild tuners, and Fishman`s Sonitone preamp (w/Sonicore pickup).
