Ibanez Artwood series has great tradition with it`s quality within the range of models it offers. Grand concert and dreadnought bodies are combined with quality tonewoods and features to offer some of the best tones available from Ibanez acoustic department. AC2040-OPN is a new model represented for the 2012 NAMM Show and it is a non-cutaway grand concert guitar with an all mahogany body. The top is flat and bound in wood binding. AC2040-OPN is available only in open pore natural satin finish. There are no pickguards on this model. The bridge has a bone saddle and black pins. Since this one is a fully acoustic model, there are no pickups, preamps or mics. The neck has a dovetail joint and a rosewood fingerboard with 20 frets and white dot inlays. Other features on this model include gold plated Grover tuners with brown pearl buttons, triple abalone rosette and 25" scale. The MSRP for this model is set at $600.
