Jay Turser is, along with Cort, premier guitar brand owned and operated by Davitt & Hanser (which is a division of JAM Industries). The brand`s catalog is wide and versatile, sporting acoustic, electric, and traditional stringed instruments. However, alongside the regular acoustics range, Jay Turser also has the special Jay-J line. It has seven models, with JJ43F being the only full-sized folk model (there are two 3/4-sized folk models, as well). Main features include a non-cutaway body (basswood construction, flame top, teardrop pickguard), maple neck (14th fret joint, smooth and fast contour), and stock hardware. The color palette is made up of Blue Sunburst, Red Sunburst, and Tobacco Sunburst options. Other notable features include a rosewood fingerboard (20 frets, dot inlays), fixed rosewood bridge, and die-cast tuners.
