D-45 John Mayer comes in with a non-cutaway body (Guatemalan rosewood back & sides, Engelmann spruce top, Adirondack/Sitka spruce bracing, grained ivoroid binding, tortoise pickguard), genuine mahogany neck (full thickness profile, standard 14th fret dovetail joint, 3+3 square taper headstock), 20-fret ebony fingerboard (Style 45 Hexagon inlays, 25.4" scale, 1.6875" bone nut), fixed ebony bridge, and open-gear tuners.
