This is the left handed variant of the Steelstring Backpacker model made by Martin Guitars. Basically, specs lists for these two models are the same, both are made of laminated woods and have only the most basic decorations. Body is made of tonewood back and side panels with spruce sound board on top. Within the body martin installs bracing made of spruce. On the outside, the only decoration is the black rosette. Binding and pickguard are left out of the specs list to lower the cost of this guitar as much as possible. Neck is made of hardwood, Martin`s standard neck wood and it features regular Backpacker series contour with morado fingerboard on top. Fingerboard features 15 frets with dot inlays and 1-11/16" wide string nut. Bridge is also made of morado.
